The homeless man or the businessman… Who is greater?

Better late than never! by admin, januari 9th, 2013

November has passed buy and taking with it the busiest month of the Mission house so far. It brought three birthdays , Dianna’s, Roisin’s and Hannah’s where lots of celebrations and parties took place. Also Sinterklaas celebrations in which all of the housemates ( as well as Iain and Celest) exchanged well thought out poems and creative gifts. The weather is joining in with our festive mood as we have sighted the first signs of snow, which delighted some of us but made some of us nervous about the chaos it will cause for us travelling on our bikes! So after such a hectic month I can say we are all looking forward to the Christmas break and some of us will be preparing to return back home to our families for a short visit.

Santa claus, birthday and projects… by admin, november 21st, 2012

post thumbnail

This is a very busy month, as many things going on in it.

Working on projects is growing more and more, life at home also.

Roisin’s birthday yesterday and on November 29 will be Hannah’s birthday.

There was also a Santa Claus arrived in Amsterdam on 18 November.

It was really fun to see the mass of people on the streets around the canals.

Everyone wanted to see the ship Santa Claus, after this we were also on this day in Het Scheepvaartmuseum.

We saw a lot of really interesting things about and also the infamous Amsterdam ship.

Next weekend will be the culmination of a really busy November,

because next week we have Dutch course, Santa Claus i our home, Hannah’s birthday.

It will be a busy weekend but also really exciting weekend :)
